Fares calculated, not negotiated

Set zone-to-zone flat fares, per-mile rates, minimum fares, airport pricing, night and rush-hour multipliers, waiting time and tolls. The system applies them, so the fare a passenger is quoted on the phone is the fare on the receipt, and a driver cannot round it in either direction.

Driver positions stream from the app to the board while they are working, so dispatch can see the whole fleet at once, pick the genuinely nearest car for a call, and give a passenger a real ETA rather than an optimistic one.

Account and contract work, billed automatically

Medical transport, school runs, hotel and corporate contracts are where the margin is, and they are all account work: agreed rates, rides accruing through the month, one itemised invoice at the end. That whole cycle runs on its own here, including the recurring trips.

Driver records that stay current

Licences, insurance, vehicle inspections and permits are held against each driver and car with their expiry dates, so a document lapsing is something you are warned about rather than something you discover during an inspection.
